Phnom Penh



Phnom Penh (read: phnou, Khmer pronunciation: [pnum pɨɲ], in Latin: Phnom Penh) is the capital and largest city of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Located on the banks of the Mekong River used to be the national capital since the French colonization in the country, that is also the capital and the heart of the Kingdom of Cambodia, where most people live in the country.
